Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch about financial services through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding financial products, account services, and transactional inquiries.
• Assist clients with resolving account-related issues and managing transactions efficiently.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records and facilitate follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with the financial services team to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes.
• Stay informed of industry regulations and company service updates to offer knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and drive improvements in service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with customer service software and basic financial applications.
