Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Diligently identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Guide customers on the effective use of products and software with clear, actionable advice.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and technical resolutions in the support database.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues where necessary.
• Stay informed and educated about product updates and changes to deliver informed assistance.
• Contribute to the team's efforts in enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
