Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events and client campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. This role involves close coordination with our event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and execution of company events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives

• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment

• Manage event calendars and maintain schedules to meet critical deadlines

• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams during event planning and execution

• Prepare and organize event materials, reports, and documentation

• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events

• Ensure post-event evaluations and reports are completed
