Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering effective solutions and guidance.
• Provide education and training on product features to enhance customer experience.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the customer support database.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate more complex issues to senior technical staff as necessary.
• Keep current with product updates and enhancements to provide accurate information.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address technical issues.
