Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media channels in German, ensuring compliance with community regulations.
• Quickly identify and take action against inappropriate or harmful content.
• Engage with the community by responding to user inquiries, comments, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Keep detailed records of moderation activities, generating reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to refine moderation processes and engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices in content moderation.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or social media is preferred.
