• Maintain a caseload of 375-600 files and manage multiple clients with diverse program details
• Convert leads into sales by educating customers on program benefits and ensuring proactive follow-up
• Act as a liaison between customers and real estate agents while managing escalations professionally

• Experience in customer service or real estate-related roles
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts daily
• Proven track record of achieving key metrics in customer enrollment and satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively
