Based in Greece, you will provide support to our German-speaking customers by assisting them with inquiries related to our streaming services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring an enjoyable user experience. Your role is pivotal in guiding customers through our platform and resolving any concerns they may encounter. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to online streaming media services.
• Assist customers with account setup, navigation of the platform, and troubleshooting issues.
• Guide users in accessing premium content, managing subscriptions, and utilizing features effectively.
• Address customer complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues expediently.
• Stay informed about trends in streaming media and ensure customers receive accurate information.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the tech or digital media industry is advantageous.
