German Speaking Customer Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide detailed information on products and services while addressing customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints swiftly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve our services and customer service processes.
• Offer tailored support and solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging conversations.
• Capacity to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules as required.
