Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Flemish for inquiries related to our online retail platform.
• Assist customers with placing, tracking, and managing their orders.
• Provide accurate information on product features, sizing, and availability.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or online retail.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software or online retail platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
