Dutch Speaking Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer success efforts for Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic customer success plans aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
• Monitor client health and engagement metrics, proactively addressing concerns to enhance retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to recommend and implement service improvements.
• Mentor and guide the customer success team to achieve departmental goals and best practices.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Strategic thinking abilities with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events.
