Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries and support related to travel bookings.
• Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling travel reservations.
• Provide information on travel options, accommodations, and local attractions.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless service and resolution of inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends and products to offer informed recommendations.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer service tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
