You will provide information about travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring that each customer has a delightful experience. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to our online travel agency services.
• Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and travel packages.
• Offer guidance on travel destinations, including local attractions and tips.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
• Document interactions accurately to enhance our customer support experience.
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online booking systems or travel-related software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and effective at problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
