In this role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to our streaming services, including subscription issues, content availability, and technical support. Your focus will be on providing a seamless experience for our customers as they enjoy their favorite media content. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to online streaming services.
• Assist customers with subscription management, billing questions, and account settings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming on various devices.
• Offer information about available content, features, and service updates.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new releases to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn about streaming technologies quickly.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and support tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
