Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to health and wellness products.
• Assist customers with product information, including benefits, usage, and availability.
• Handle customer orders, returns, and provide support for any issues that arise.
• Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health or wellness sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
