Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve service offerings.
• Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
