Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers regarding automotive services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, maintenance, and issues.
• Assist customers with order placements and service appointments, ensuring a smooth process.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records to ensure effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
• Stay informed on automotive trends and updates to enhance service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and customer service software is a plus.
• Strong interest in automotive topics and a desire to learn.
