Dutch Speaking Client Services Coordinator

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating communication and coordination between our Dutch-speaking clients and internal teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively, fostering strong relationships and enhancing client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage communications between Dutch-speaking clients and internal departments.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services promptly.
• Schedule meetings and follow up on action items to ensure client needs are addressed.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of service delivery.
• Identify potential issues and collaborate with teams to develop solutions.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and processes.
• Stay updated on company services and policies to assist clients effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Prior experience in client services, account coordination, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or client management tools is a plus.
