Mercier Consultancy is in search of a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Smart Home Technology Department for one of our clients. In this innovative entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to smart home products and services.
Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial in helping clients understand their smart home solutions, troubleshoot issues, and navigate the features of various devices. As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting the benefits of smart home technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installation guidance, and troubleshooting
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our smart home products
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex customer issues
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service delivery
- Stay updated on the latest trends in smart home technology and related products
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in customer service, especially in technology or smart home products, is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple inquiries effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in technology and helping customers leverage smart home solutions
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
