Dutch Speaking Client Relations Specialist - Payment Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Client Relations Specialist to join our Payment Solutions Department. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support related to our payment solutions. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients, addressing their needs, and assisting them with any inquiries regarding our services. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients in relation to our payment solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients with account setup, transaction issues, and product inquiries.
• Provide clients with information about our payment solutions and best practices.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to help improve our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance overall client experience.
• Document and track client interactions and follow up on outstanding matters.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in client relations, customer support, or account management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building client relationships.
• Able to handle inquiries and issues with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with payment solutions and financial technology is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client needs.
