The Learning and Design Specialist will report to the Learning Lead – Digital Transformation and will l work closely with a range of key stakeholders across the organisation and the Project Management Office (PMO) Change team, to support our Digital Transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences and programs. From defining the right approach to hands-on design and development, you’ll create contemporary capability uplift solutions that resonate with the modern learner and make a measurable difference. You will play a key role in ensuring our employees, contractors and stakeholders can effectively adopt new technologies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation for the new systems implementations of our Support Management Platform (SMP) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
This role is pivotal in shaping and enhancing digital learning experiences, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of the new HRIS and CRM systems across the organisation. You will bring deep expertise in learning and design to build and deliver high-quality learning solutions focussed on new systems implementations.

Qualifications & Experience
A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them).
