Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale healthcare solutions
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise systems or IT projects
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Extensive experience in Medicaid operations, policies, and system modernization
• Proficiency in MITA framework and CMS compliance
