Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day creative production operations and manage project workflows
• Act as a connector between stakeholders, creatives, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate team check-ins and maintain a centralized production calendar aligned with marketing priorities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management or traffic coordination experience in a marketing or creative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
• Strong understanding of creative processes and production across various media
• Proven experience with project management systems, particularly Asana
• Ability to manage fast-paced workflows and coordinate with internal and external resources
