Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a system administrator for key marketing tools, ensuring optimal configuration and adherence to best practices
• Manage renewal and procurement for Tier 2 marketing technologies, collaborating with procurement and legal teams
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes related to lead management, campaign execution, and data hygiene

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven experience with key marketing platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce
• Experienced in managing SaaS renewals and collaborating with procurement and legal teams
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and commitment to best practices in compliance and data handling
