Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand Manager to lead new product development and innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline in collaboration with the Innovation team
• Translate consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas during the ideation and concept phase
• Lead execution of innovation projects by collaborating with R&D, finance, supply chain, and other business partners

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, focusing on brand management and innovation
• Experience in the beauty category, such as skincare, makeup, or haircare
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment
