Required Qualifications

• Experience at the Senior Manager or Director level in loyalty program management
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and workflows effectively
• Strong background in digital program development and field engagement
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing enrollment data for program improvement
• Ability to organize and lead meetings with global stakeholders
