Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator (Temporary Contractor Position).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of all marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and hospitality events
• Manage hospitality logistics such as venue selection, catering, and vendor management
• Collaborate with the content team to develop event collateral, presentations, and promotional materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
