Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to maintain lead generation compliance standards
• Oversee compliance scorecards and coordinate updates on client offers through vendor portals
• Support compliance guidelines for marketing teams and manage compliance processes for new offers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a marketing compliance role with a card issuer/bank or major credit card affiliate networks
• Experience in handling sensitive client conversations with a focus on customer service
• BA/BS degree required
