Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze paid media campaigns across various channels, including Native, Search, Display, and Paid Social
• Perform daily campaign management, including budget allocation, bidding management, and ad creative optimizations
• Track and report campaign performance metrics while leading a structured test-and-learn strategy for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in scaling positive ROI ecommerce performance campaigns across multiple digital channels
• Experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets
• In-platform experience with Meta and Google
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
