Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ecommerce and Customer Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing budget and lead strategic annual planning for key retail periods
• Develop strategies to drive market share and analyze current performance
• Train and equip Field Sales Teams with eCommerce sales knowledge and tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CPG
• Strong digital and eCommerce fluency, including media metrics
• Retail media strategy and buying experience
• Familiarity with the CARS framework and knowledge of major retailers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools like Tableau
