Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns and events in the B2B technology and entertainment production industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support campaign execution by building emails and workflows in HubSpot, managing lists, and coordinating event logistics
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports summarizing results and actionable insights
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content and maintain organized project files and databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system required
• Experience with Asana and Google Workspace preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
