Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Survey & Assessment (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and execute the enterprise listening survey program
• Own the strategy for selection and development assessments, ensuring compliance and alignment with competency models
• Lead a small team and build partnerships to integrate survey and assessment insights into decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in I-O Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or related field preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in survey design, employee listening, and assessment strategy
• Project management certifications (e.g., CAPM) are a plus
• Advanced statistical/programming skills in R and SQL
• Deep expertise in survey methodology and psychometric validation
