Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in software/platform engineering with Dev and DevOps roles; 2+ years in leadership
• Experience delivering production LLM applications with a focus on security and observability
• Proficient in Python/TypeScript, APIs, containers, and CI/CD tools
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and security practices
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, coaching, and team management
