Smart Building Performance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Smart Building Performance Lead to manage and optimize a Smart Building operational data and analytics technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and operate the Smart Building OT platform, ensuring system functionality and addressing user needs
• Analyze building and system performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support operational improvements
• Coordinate with site teams to enhance the utilization of the data platform in daily operations and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering or a similar technical field
• Experience in building systems design, commissioning, retro-commissioning, and optimization
• Strong knowledge of large commercial HVAC systems and their operational components
• Ability to analyze building data for performance deficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Strong empirical analysis skills and ability to quickly process and understand data
