Magnolia Home Inspections is seeking an Outgoing Relationship Builder to join our team in an outside sales role. We specialize in luxury home inspections for high-net-worth clients—including artists, professional athletes, and executives. As a Realtor Liaison you will be improving Magnolia customer service by helping top-producing realtors in Nashville be successful.  You will connect with new realtors helping them increase their confidence during their first purchase transactions.

The perfect person for this role is someone who:

Loves meeting new people and instantly makes them feel comfortable
Acts as the social glue inside any group, naturally bringing people together
Genuinely celebrates others' success and wants to see people win
Writes personal notes and takes time to recognize life’s special moments
Enjoys creating social media content and understands how to engage an audience
Has an interest in human psychology and marketing—you see relationships as an art

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Deliver gifts, swag and goodies to Preferred Agents and Brokerages

🔹 Make agents smile when they think of Magnolia

🔹 Create brokerage buzz for upcoming Magnolia initiatives

🔹 Celebrate Agent achievements

🔹 Celebrate Employee birthdays and anniversaries

🔹 Celebrate Team success

🔹 Partner with local non-profit for quarterly team events

🔹 Engage Vendor partners

🔹 Keep in-the-know on competitors events

🔹 Manage Social Media pages

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in telemarketing or inside sales roles.
  • Strong warm calling skills with a focus on building rapport with potential clients.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable agreements for both parties.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with customers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Basic understanding of technology sales concepts is a plus but not required.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
