The Role and The Team

As a Design Engineer at Replenysh, you will be pivotal in bringing innovative concepts to life across all platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Design, you will blend aesthetic sensibility with technical expertise to design, build, and ship solutions that enhance user experiences and drive our mission forward.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to iterate on ideas from conception to production. Your work will span branding, marketing, and product development, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience.

Excellence in this role means delivering exceptional user experiences, iterating fast on customer feedback, and ensuring high performance and accessibility across all surfaces. Your contributions will be essential to Replenysh's success in creating a seamless and engaging platform for our users.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ideas from 0 to 1, skipping traditional handoff processes and iterating in Figma or code to produce quick prototypes to test hypotheses.

  • Embed within product teams to help launch features, creating initial spikes and gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Independently own features related to user pain points, sketching solutions, socializing changes, incorporating feedback, and shipping improvements.

  • Contribute to design-led projects, prioritizing quality over quantity and focusing on polished experiences.

  • Develop and maintain reusable components across all platform surfaces.

  • Build proof of concepts for branding and marketing initiatives.

  • Take and incorporate feedback from your peers and our customers to progressively improve our experiences.
