Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support and create project documentation
• Analyze project risks and issues, monitor deliverables, and conduct cost/benefit analysis
• Support ongoing processes and evaluate improvements to meet agency workload demands

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects
• 10+ years of experience with enterprise content management and enterprise capture solutions
• Experience administering and managing large projects
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems and workflows
• Experience with rate setting, cost allocation, and invoicing
