Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst to support Sales and Operations in executing lock transactions and pricing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process internal lock and change requests
• Monitor rate lock expiration dates and manage extensions and amendments
• Maintain knowledge of investor program requirements and assist in process evaluations

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Secondary Mortgage Market loan pricing components and Agency guidelines
• Minimum 2 years of Secondary experience in mortgage banking
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field recommended
• Optimal Blue experience required
• Working knowledge of Encompass LOS
