Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination, processing, and closing of loans
• Monitor file status and ensure accurate processing through closing
• Review files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of mortgage banking or related experience
• Current knowledge of Fannie/Freddie guidelines
• Working knowledge of computers, including MS Word and Excel
• Encompass experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and take direction
