Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned book of business and serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Assist in marketing and servicing clients, process invoices, and handle change requests and endorsements
• Maintain accurate records in the Applied/Epic system and ensure timely follow-up on open activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College Graduate
• Brokers License
• 2-3 years of insurance experience
• Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
