The Regional Vice President of Sales at Liaison is a crucial position responsible for overseeing and leading part of the Associate Vice Presidents who are responsible for sales. The role involves strategizing, developing, and executing sales plans with the VP and initiatives to drive growth and establish a strong presence in the market. You will directly manage 6 Associate Vice Presidents who are responsible for either graduate or undergraduate sales. The successful incumbent will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the education sector, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. The right candidate will have experience partnering with other executive leaders, particularly Vice President, Marketing, Chief Product Officer, Chief Financial Officer as well as other members of leadership and staff.
This position is eligible for a competitive base salary plus a commission structure based on sales performance.
