Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control the administration of serious, complex liability claims
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop litigation strategies and manage subrogation litigation
• Negotiate and resolve claims within the company's deductible, with settlement authority up to $500,000

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Risk Management, Business, or a related field
• Five years of experience adjusting bodily injury and/or property damage liability claims
• Moderate knowledge of relevant laws and terminology
• Ability to interpret laws and present solutions for claims resolution
• Experience in claims administration and litigation procedures
