Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer success and onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure new customers are activated, satisfied, and have their inquiries addressed
  • Expand product use cases within existing accounts and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations
  • Gather customer feedback to improve documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of technical experience in development or systems engineering
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with technical or developer products
  • Understanding of the Infrastructure/DevSecOps space is advantageous
  • High energy and a strong work ethic
