About the Position:
The Executive Brand Manager will drive the strategic positioning of our CEO as a leading industry voice in AI and performance marketing. This role spans content strategy, speaking engagements, social media management, and industry networking—ultimately elevating both the CEO’s personal brand and Level Agency’s market leadership. This role reports to the CEO. The salary range for this position is $90k-$110k.
This is a remote role, and we welcome candidates from anywhere in the U.S. Those based in Pittsburgh, PA may have additional opportunities for in-person collaboration with the CEO.

Your Impact:
- You’ll develop and implement a robust thought leadership plan for the CEO, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- You’ll monitor and analyze other AI and digital marketing thought leaders to refine and differentiate our CEO’s brand.
- You’ll identify and secure keynote speeches, panels, podcasts, and networking events to enhance the CEO’s industry presence.
- You’ll manage event logistics, from travel arrangements to run-of-show details and post-event debriefs.
- You’ll craft compelling talking points, slide decks, and briefing documents in collaboration with internal teams.
- You’ll develop and execute a high-impact content calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- You’ll produce engaging multimedia content, leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance storytelling and brand reach.
- You’ll oversee the CEO’s AI-focused Slack community and other social platforms, fostering meaningful discussions.
- You’ll track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize strategy and engagement.
- You’ll cultivate relationships with event organizers, podcast hosts, and reporters to maximize the CEO’s exposure.
- You’ll identify co-marketing and collaboration opportunities with other thought leaders and industry influencers.

- 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, PR, and/or executive brand management.
- Strong understanding of AI trends, digital marketing channels, and emerging platforms.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Established personal social presence in AI, marketing, or tech, with a track record of content creation.
- Experience using AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Synthesia.
- Background coaching executives on personal branding, public speaking, or media training.
