Job Description

  • Provide relevant information about competition, customers, and market development for all affected parties and support the development of the account plan
  • Close collaboration/teamwork with Sales core team member in projects and Sales Support Department
  • Coordinate and feedback customer requirements within the organization
  • Negotiate product changes and their impact on pricing (mainly - packaging and packaging feeling level) with customers and collect purchase orders for administration by sales support
  • Review of contracts (e.g. NDAs, purchase orders, purchase agreements, quality requirements, price agreements, etc.) with relevant departments (e.g. QM, Logistics, Legal, etc.)
  • Deliver relevant input for strategic business planning, develop measures for margin improvements, and negotiate these
  • Collect customer feedback and relevant data, and track the status of measures/escalations internally for improvement needs/escalations
  • Identify and categorize customer claims together with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and administrate all relevant sales data in the respective systems
  • Be responsible for pricing towards the customer and collect on-time cash from customers
  • Support of Customer Billing regarding customer price reductions and overdue management
  • Clarify price deviations with customer
  • Prepare offers within a given framework
  • Support business plan creation and maintenance through the complete product life cycle and after-market
  • Collect and validate information for possible customer claims (e.g. obsoletes), edit and negotiate these (claim management)
  • Initiate new customer registration

Qualifications

  • High school or University in fields such as business, economics, management, marketing, logistics or law
  • Experience in a sales management role within the automotive or related industry is beneficial
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Readiness for regular business trips to Headquarter in Kitzingen, Germany (approx. 4-6 times per year for one week)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; tenacity and self-discipline
  • Languages: Slovak/Czech/German/English as native speaker; English – mandatory B2-C1; German/French/Arabic would be beneficial
  • Social competences: Communication / Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management / Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience / Conflict management / Teamwork
