About the role

The Senior Lead – GTM Delivery is responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of agile GTM sprints that drive broker adoption of new products and initiatives. You will lead the operational delivery of sprint cycles, ensuring timelines, communications, and KPIs are tightly managed and consistently reported. Acting as the delivery engine of the GTM function, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure sprint goals are met, blockers are removed, and outcomes are captured and shared.

This role requires strong experience with agile practices, proficiency in Jira, and a deep understanding of core project management methodologies to manage concurrent workstreams at pace and scale.

• Design and manage national GTM sprints using agile methodologies tailored to broker-centric delivery.
• Own the sprint planning process, including workstream timelines, task management, sprint ceremonies, and reporting rhythms.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with product, marketing, and frontline sales teams to support consistent execution.
• Track delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate issues where needed to maintain delivery integrity.
• Monitor performance metrics, adoption KPIs, and broker feedback loops throughout the sprint lifecycle.
• Continuously improve sprint operations and tooling to increase velocity, scalability, and impact.

• 7+ years of experience in project or program delivery, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Proficiency in Jira and related project management tools is essential.
• Deep knowledge of leading project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
• Strong delivery leadership with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with tight deadlines and high accountability.
