Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate in Learning Insights & Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support automation workflows and data visualization dashboards within LRL L&D
• Provide technical support for data strategy and dashboard development, including advanced analytics and performance outcomes
• Lead technology implementation projects and collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technology management, information systems, computer science, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in automation workflow and dashboard tools such as Power Automate and PowerBI
• Experience managing technology projects for a global audience
• Knowledge of AI technologies and programming languages such as JavaScript or MySQL
• Self-starter with a passion for technology, learning, and data analysis
