Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and design appropriate instructional strategies
  • Develop engaging learning content, including eLearning modules and assessments, using instructional design best practices
  • Manage and maintain courses and user data within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Moderate skill set and proficiency in instructional design
  • Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity with some latitude for independent judgment
  • Teamwork attitude with flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS administration is preferred
