Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including digital courses and face-to-face workshops
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate learning role, including delivering face-to-face and virtual training sessions
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Proficiency with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
• Experience with web-based learning, virtual learning platforms, and mobile learning solutions
