Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Adoption Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead direct Loan Officer training and development for the product suite, including large-scale webinars and content creation
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive internal training programs to enhance industry knowledge across various departments
  • Develop and implement coaching programs tailored to drive loan officer adoption of products and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing training for Loan Officers or within the mortgage industry
  • Instructional Design background, utilizing the ADDIE model or similar principles
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of coaching programs
  • Proficiency in training software and data tools, including Zoom and G-Suites
