Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in educational services or customer service
• General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
